Making a purchase.
Select the items you would like to buy, choose the colour and quantity you require and click Add to Cart. The number of items in your shopping bag the colour option unit price are displayed here. You will then be asked to choose your delivery country to add on any postage costs. Once you are happy with the content of your shopping bag, click on Checkout. You will be asked for your details, select a postage option(see below)and payment type: credit/debit card or cheque(your order will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared which may take up to 5 working days). Please note, we do not accept cash by post. We will send you a confirmation via email we will also inform you when your order has been dispatched.

You may also place your order over the phone: 01273 701 557 (10.30am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday).

Postage and Packaging:
We will post your item(s) within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order provided that the goods are in stock. 
All shipments to the United Kingdom over £20.00 are posted via first class recorded delivery.

A next day service:
A next day service is also available to UK addresses for £5.99 -  Orders must be received before 2pm to use this Special delivery service. Deliveries to Europe including Eire will be sent using International signed for carriage.A flat rate of £5.99 will be charged for each order.

International Deliveries:
All shipments to the rest of the world will be posted using International signed for. A flat rate of £10.99 will be charged for each order.

Cancellation of Order:
You may cancel your order by telephone (Mon- Fri 9am-5pm) before  your goods have been dispatched. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy. Once an order has been processed we issue a confirmation to your email address.

Returns Policy:

Because all items are checked thoroughly before we send them to you we will only accept returns that are in perfect condition. You can return your order (excluding purchases from our of personalised prints range - see details below) at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All other non-personalised items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It is the the customer's responsibility to return the item(s) safely and it back to us. We highly recommend that you return the merchandise via Recorded delivery as we are unable to refund any items that are lost in transit on return to us with out proof. If the item(s) you have received are in anyway faulty we will, of course, refund the cost of return postage.

Returns Policy for personalised prints:
If you have ordered a personalised print from our BabyBuba or Wedding range we will email you a low res jpeg or PDF of the 'artwork' for your approval BEFORE we go to print - once you have verified the personalised details (i.e Baby name, Baby weight, time of Birth or Wedding details) we will then produce your print. NB.Once you have approved these details by conformation email to us we will be unable to offer you a full refund.

Payment:
Our online shop excepts payment using PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and all other debit cards. Once we are in receipt of your order, we will confirm that your items are being processed. In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay.
